Hoenir, also known as Vili, is the god Aesir, the brother of Odin and Ve with long legs, eye-catching appearance but a bit silly.

Hoenir is the son of two giants – Borr and Bestla. Along with his two brothers Odin and Ve, Hoenir killed the giant Ymir and created the universe.

Vili gave spirit and wisdom to the tattoo inspired clothing first man and woman. God is also called the king of mud.

After the Aesir – Vanir war, the two factions exchanged hostages to make peace. The Vanir side sent it to father and son Njord and Frey, Freya. On the Aesir side, Odin sent it to Hoenir and Mimir.

The Vanir gods were angry

The Vanir clan was initially pleased with Hoenir because he was very charismatic, and people thought he was indecisive and extremely stupid. Without the wise Mimir by his side, Hoenir could not make any decisions. The Vanir gods were angry, beheading Mimir (naturally dead!) and then sending the st patricks outfit head back to Odin. It seems that they also returned Hoenir to Asgard after that, like a mother-in-law sending her daughter-in-law back to her mother's house. Because in later stories, Hoenir is often cameo in the journeys of Loki, Thor and Odin in Midgard (following only for the masses, occasionally contributing innocuous lines but not contributing anything to the story. whole plot).
