Loki ran back to the old valley

Loki, so Loki replied:

"Very well, I will help you with that, but don't forget the dangers I have to go through when I do next, don't forget that you and I are distant relatives. So when I get my wish, I'll ask you for another favor."

Day after day, Loki came to the flower field where Iduna used to go. Iduna was sitting brushing her golden hair by the silver stream, a basket of apples still in her lap. She wore a blue silk dress embroidered with flowers and buds with colored thread, and she wore a golden belt around her waist. She was always so beautiful and kind. Seeing Loki coming, she said boldly:

"Hi Loki, do you need to sip on my apple to remove the wrinkles that may appear on the sides of your eyes?"

Loki replied,

"No, Iduna, I have just found a place where an apple tree is much sweeter and more magical than yours. "

Iduna shook her head:

"Don't make fun of Loki, where in heaven can you find a more magical apple than mine?"

Iduna began to plead with curiosity:

Loki just waited and said,

Iduna hurriedly ran after Loki, carrying her basket of apples. But after walking a long way, she could not see the shadow of the forest with any apple trees.

She felt a twinge of fear, and Loki said there was only a small distance left. At the right place to ambush, Thiasse in his phoenix costume suddenly swooped down to kidnap Iduna and a basket of magical apples, bringing it to his castle in Jotunheim, the land of giants.

Loki sneaks back to heaven , making sure no one sees him leaving with Iduna .

At first few people noticed Iduna's long absence, but then the traces of time began to imprint on the faces of the gods into wrinkles, and the gods' endurance also decreased noticeably.

Goddess Freya was afraid to look at her reflection in the mirror anymore, Baldur was so handsome, but his face was pale, his eyes bewildered. The whole heaven is filled with the mournful look of autumn and winter coming. If we don't find Iduna quickly, the gods will wither like yellow leaves from late autumn to winter. The gods then convened a conference to investigate who had last seen Iduna, and Heimdall (god of light, watcher of the rainbow, the way out of heaven) said he had seen Loki with Iduna one day. one morning, and since then Iduna disappeared. Then there is no doubt that Loki did the trick. The gods tied Loki and led him to the council, threatening to kill him if he didn't confess. Scared Loki confessed everything he did.

The whole heavens panicked to the extreme when it turned out that Iduna and her basket of god apples had been imprisoned in the giant world, while the gods grew old by the moment. Irritated, Thor grabbed Loki by the neck and threw him up so many times that Loki's heel hit the moon and then fell into the sea, then Thor roared:

"If you don't find a way to bring Iduna here, I'll torture you twice as hard."

Loki stammered,

"But how do I know?"

The more Thor roared:

"Do whatever you want, never mind, that's your part! Go and bring Iduna here at once!”

Loki thought for a moment and then asked to borrow Freya's falcon shirt. At first Freya didn't want to, but then the gods persuaded her to do so.

Loki put on his falcon coat, and then soared into the air over high mountains and deep valleys, over the Ifling River, the boundary between heaven and the giant world. Fortunately, when Loki arrived at Thiasse castle, this giant was still busy fishing in the sea. Iduna was locked inside, melancholy crying. When she heard a noise on the window, she looked up and saw the great falcon, and her heart was filled with fear. Loki said:

"Don't be afraid Iduna, I am your friend, I am Loki to save you!"

Iduna panicked:

“Loki is not my friend. It's because of him that I was kidnapped to this place, he's not my friend!"

Loki said:

"I am Loki to save you, don't waste any more time. Gotta get out of here quickly before Thiasse returns here fishing. Hurry up !"

“But how am I going to get out of here? The gate is locked, the window is barred.”

After a while, Thiasse returned to discover the matter, hurriedly dressed in a phoenix shirt, and quickly chased the falcon. The phoenix's wings are strong and fly faster than any bird, so sooner or later it's time for the phoenix to catch up with the eagle.

Loki heard the chirping of the phoenix in a hurry and panicked, but at that time Loki also crossed the border river, trying to fly to the center of Asgard.
